ZARA: Maxi Dress It’s been such a long time my friends! Balance is one of the things I want to work on this coming year.  My goal is to keep you updated as much as possible with my wacky adventures.  I have missed being able to share what I have been up to, but with starting my photography business as well as maintaining my 8-5 job, and being a full time student it has kept me extremely busy.  No matter how extreme my schedule gets, I will not let go of my Charms of Penny it is a part of me. The location of the shoot above is a location that is often overlooked in DTLA.  I love how it is in the middle of it all so close to Pasadena, DTLA, and the university I attend.  The view of this nature spot is magnificent.  I can even saw the view is much better than in Griffith Park, I say this because the view of my little treasure city is so close.  From where I took …

        Gladiator Sandals: Steve Madden //Zara off-Shoulder Printed Dress// Summer is almost over.  I know we are taught to believe that summer is “officially” over after Labor Day, but I am a very technical person sooo…summer isn’t officially over till September 22.  I think I am just in denial that summer fun is a thing of the past.  Besides, in LA we are currently experiencing a crazy heat wave.  You know where I’ll be this weekend! Pink Blazer: ZARA ::: Parrot Pattern Shorts: Forever 21  ::: There’s nothing better than having that piece of clothing that automatically makes you feel that much more cooler. This blazer my friends is that item that I am taking about. Yes its summer, which means layers are out of the question. I mean, thats just, like, the rules of feminism!(I had to call out my Mean Girl Movie) but the smooth woven fabric of the blazer keeps the layers very thin perfect for those summer days.  It is very easy to wear specially when those unpredictable weather changes in So Cal.  From sunny hot days to in this case rainy hot day. {BACKGROUND INFO}  I thanked my lucky Stars that I wore this blazer because right after these shots were done it started to pour. Instead of complaining we; my photographer boyfriend and I, decided to make the most of it and take a walk in the rain.  I wish I could say my toes stayed dried on this walk….so romantic ❤

Moments like these make me realize that I am incredibly lucky to be able to witness beauty with all its might. Taking the trip to San Diego to visit The Flowers Field is a place that I will definitely be visiting again.  This place was surrounded with colorful blossoming flowers every where I looked.  I was a kid at a candy store so many colors everywhere.  I could not believe how beautiful it was.  It reminded me of the Lavender Field in France, it is one of those place that I hope I can visit in the future.

Gloomy Roadtrips

    During the weekend my boyfriend and I decided to spontaneously take a small road trip to Hearst Castle again.  We just love taking trips it takes us away from normality into our own little world.  As suppose to last time the weather was very cold and foggy it gave the Castle I different look I focused more on photographing the location its just so beautiful.  Hearst Castle like last time left me dreaming of another era.

Flower Fields

  A few weeks ago I took a small road trip with my love all the way to Big Sur.  It is a location that its beauty is not explainable with words.  This flower field was so peaceful it was right by the beach.  Locations like this reminds me of how lucky I am to be alive.  In a few days I will be sharing the photographs of the complete trip.  Some of them have been posted to my Instagram @Ligerlily18 You can always catch me there on my new adventures. Birthday Doll

It is finally here the big twenty-five.  As a girl in high school I would envision how I wanted my life to be.  I thought that the perfect age to do everything was at that age.  I imagined I would already have traveled, have had my degree, and be married to my high school sweat-heart.  Basically everything would fall into place when I turned the two five. Boy was I wrong! At twenty four I started realizing that it was harder than I thought and I started to work on it. Twenty-five will definitely be my best year yet! It will be full of amazing adventures, glitter, and pizzazz. It’s funny how time truly flies so fast.   I created unrealistic expectations for myself when I was younger and at twenty-five I am now seeing that if I work for what I want correctly and consistently everything WILL fall into place.   I have learned so much since I was eighteen and I know there’s is still a lot of learning to do.  I can not …
