Bainbridge Island adventure

Zara: Coat Vince Camuto: boots Levis: Jeans  Loft: Sweater Our first day in Seattle we decided to visit the best little island my eyes have seen, Bainbridge.  Even though the amount of layers we wore couldn’t keep us warm, the adventure we had that day is one for the books.  We started our morning by hitting General Porpoise We started our morning by hitting General Porpoise Coffee and lets just say LA coffee shops and donuts have nothing on Seattle.  To this day I can still taste the Chocolate marshmallow donut and latte.   Today is the beginning of a new year for me and my little Charms of Penny.  One of my many goals is to continue writing on my blog, the rest of my goals as my father has taught me I will keep them to myself and work on them rather than discuss them.  2016 brought me and taught me many life lessons I will forever take in my heart. It has taught me to be tougher (hence the boots) stronger, it has motivated me to continue to push for my dreams as a pursue to the life I choose to live, BUT most importantly it brought light to my heart again. 2016 I say goodbye to you and thank you for bringing me and teaching me those needed life lessons. This is the first time I ever buy boyfriend jeans and let me tell you these jeans by Levis do not disappoint at all.  They are so comfortable I can wear them forever.  The closest thing to forever that I can do is wear them at least once a week.  I know that it is a big fashion no-no; frankly my dear I don’t give a dam.  A way to keep things interesting with my outfit is ofcourse to have popping accessories.  It keeps the go to outfit more interesting.  I will enjoy wearing these type of outfits for the time being since in Cali the summer heat is still fighting strong!    Dress: State Pleated Overlay Dress   Pink Sandals similar here: Ugg I wanted to start preparing myself and say catch you later summer by wearing this gorgeous dress.  This dress automatically makes me feel like I am traveling in Europe enjoying a gelato and walking around the Trevi Fountain.  I’m the kind of person who is a summer junkie I love  being able to enjoy the sun’s rays, while I go to the beach or even as I head out to PCH for a scenic drive.  Don’t get me wrong I am looking forward for fall, but can I just have a couple of days more to enjoy summer with all its might?  I wore this 1.State dress that I’m currently obsessed with- I love the pastel rainbow colors and how the pleats on the the dress are so breezy. They kinda feel like a 1920’s silk dress.  I hope you all enjoy the last days of summer to there fullest!!!

Flare Daisy Pants: Forever 21  Levis Denim Top, but similar in Mango I am a true bohemian at heart.  With summer being here that inner chic nomad comes out even more than usual. Levis has to perfect mix of minimalism and boho, like the top I am wearing on the photos,  I had to pair it with my ever so cool flare pants.  Which I may say feel kinda like yoga pants, they are so comfy. Bring on the festivals, long summer nights, and beach days! What a better way to kick the season going then by wearing these awesome and May I add camel shorts.  They are so comfortable I am even considering wearing them as a gym outfit. Heck no! I am only joking.  I wanted to try something new by incorporating this new trending top by Forever 21.  It not something I would usually wear, but since it is summer I was feeling a bit more daring than usual.  Just to give it that extra pop, I wore my blue fringe heels.  They give my outfit that extra wow factor. It’s funny to think how fast time flies and how changes occur so suddenly.  We are now getting close to hitting June, it’s the half way point of this year!  I looked back on the goals I had set for 2015, and so far I haven’t accomplished half of them.  One of the goals I did accomplish was walking for my graduation and receiving my AA degree. This weekend was my graduation from Cerritos College I received my AA degree in Business Administration.  It was the boost I needed to push myself harder in the University I am currently attending; CSULA, I am working on receiving my bachelors degree in Finance with a minor in Economics, If all goes well I will be the class of 2017.  I do dare to dream and I do dare to make these dreams become a reality.
